Adam G. Pugh is a registered patent attorney and member of the intellectual property law firm of Seager Tufte Wickhem. Adam guides and supports clients in building solid IP portfolios and proactively addressing prospective legal issues.
His practice encompasses many phases of client portfolio management, including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, searches, and opinions. Adam has experience prosecuting patent applications in the software, electrical, and mechanical arts. He is also experienced in patent infringement and validity assessment.
Previously, Adam served as intellectual property counsel for a major automotive company where he negotiated and managed a variety of research agreements with academic institutions and joint development agreements with industry partners. Adam holds a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
