Max joined Seager Tufte & Wickhem in October, 2023. Max is a part time attorney working in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Max concentrates his practice on business law, which allows him to assist business clients in several ways, including, entity formation, drafting and negotiating contracts, mergers and acquisitions, owner buyouts, real estate transactions, and general corporate law. Prior to joining our firm, Max gained valuable experience practicing in the Green Bay area soon after graduating from law school, and, prior to that, by assisting Marquette University with their contract and real estate needs as a legal intern in their general counsel department.
Max grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh before graduating from Marquette University Law School. During his spare time, Max enjoys golf, working out, and outdoor activities.
