Lisa Lindquist is a registered patent attorney and serves as Of Counsel in the intellectual property law firm of Seager Tufte Wickhem. She is based in the firm’s Minneapolis, Minnesota office.
She represents and advises clients in matters relating to the preparation of patent applications and patent prosecution, both U.S. and international, and trademark registration, both U.S. and international, and also provides Freedom to Operate analysis and opinions.
Lisa’s practice focuses on the medical device and chemical arts, particularly polymer science.
Prior to joining Seager Tufte Wickhem, Lisa was employed as a patent attorney with Vidas, Arrett Steinkraus from 1999 to 2015.
From 1987 to 1999, Lisa was employed as a research chemist by the HB. Fuller Co. in St. Paul, MN, a worldwide manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and coatings. In this role, Lisa tested and developed adhesives, and coatings, and was a co-inventor on issued patents, and also advised customers on which particular formulations suited their particular needs for packaging and non-woven products.Lisa graduated from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology in 1986 with a BS in chemistry and from William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., cum laude) in 1997.
